What we run

Five formats, one ethos: clear cues, honest progressions.

Each masterclass is shaped around a single skill so you can leave a session knowing what improved. No filler, no choreography for its own sake.

30 minutes · daily

Sunrise Mobility

Joint-by-joint mobility paired with steady breathing — a kind start to the day at your desk or kitchen counter.

45 minutes · Mon, Wed, Fri

Bodyweight Strength

Squats, hinges, pushes and pulls scaled across four difficulty tiers, with form holds between sets.

25 minutes · Tue, Thu

Conditioning Bursts

Short, structured intervals to lift your working heart rate without leaving the postcode of your living room.

50 minutes · Sundays

Quiet Strength

Slow tempo work with isometric holds, designed to build control through long ranges of motion.

40 minutes · Saturdays

Outdoor Roam

A guided park session streamed from across London — bring a towel and use a bench as your only prop.

20 minutes · nightly

Wind-Down Stretch

A short, low-light routine to release the day from your hips, shoulders and neck before bed.

Why members stay

A studio that feels less like a workout and more like a craft.

We coach the way we wish someone had coached us: slowly, with names for the movements, and with attention to how you actually feel between sets. Every class is designed to be repeated for weeks so progress is visible, not vague.

  • Real coaching, not just countingCues, regressions and progressions for every movement, every time.
  • Sessions on a fixed weekly rhythmSame times, same structure — so a habit can actually settle in.
  • Streamed and recordedCatch the replay within an hour, with chapter markers for the warm-up, work set and cool-down.
  • One small communityCapped at 80 live attendees so coaches can answer questions in chat.

How it works

From the first class to a settled weekly rhythm.

You can join a single drop-in class or follow a structured eight-week arc — both start the same way.

Tell us about your week

A short questionnaire about your schedule, movement history and any sensitivities so we can suggest a sensible level.

Book your first session

Pick a live slot or a recorded class. We send a calendar invite with the streaming link and a printable cue sheet.

Show up & move

Join two minutes early, meet the coach, and follow along — no kit needed, just enough floor space for a yoga mat.

Settle into a rhythm

After a week, you’ll receive a tailored grid of three to five classes that fit around your real schedule.

Member voices

“I’ve cycled through three apps in two years. Vivwildcleanse is the first studio whose coaches felt like they were actually in the room with me.”
